About Us
Our Story
We are the Simons! We are a local family to Tacoma and we began investing in furnished rentals in 2020. In February of 2020, Gervon had just been medically retired from the Army and bought another home to live in. With the plan to keep it furnished, he and Dyyana worked to furnish their first furnished rental and by March 2020 they were up and running! Since then, we have bought, renovated, and built multiple homes and today our furnished rental count is at 5. We take pride in our homes and make it a point to provide the best service that we possibly can.

All of our rentals are in Central Tacoma! Walking distance to 6th Ave and North End, less than 5 minutes to all Tacoma major hospitals, and about a 3 minute drive to I-5 highway access. Enjoy being in the most convenient location in all of Tacoma!

The host was very responsive and friendly! Any issues were resolved immediately. It was a great temporary home for us while we got situated here. It had everything we needed. The location was great, and parking was never an issue. Our favorite part was you could see rainier out the living room window when it is clear enough!
